Hi there. Allow me to introduce myself and my humans. My name is Leapy and I live with Joe and Jenny in Cardiff. I was Joe’s childhood companion for many years, accompanying him everywhere (along with Andy the rabbit and Dupert Bear). Somehow though, over the years, Joe gradually forgot about me and I ended up in the attic. Until…Joe got married to Jenny. Joe’s brother Nathan was best man at their wedding and decided I should make an appearance on top table during his speech – as he said, it was only right that one of Joe’s oldest friends be there on his wedding day to wish him well. I was machine washed and tumble dried and spruced up as best as I could be, ready to be pulled from a bag under the table during the speech. Joe (I think) was very pleased to see me and I was delighted to be in his company again and to meet his lovely wife.
Reminiscing about all the trips we had taken together in our youth, Joe and Jenny thought I might enjoy taking a trip with them. So I was carefully packed in a suitcase and taken with them to Rome. And Seattle. And Hawaii. And New York. And Chicago. And St Louis. And Memphis. And New Orleans. And?
